Terms and Conditions for Alpian SA's CHF 100 event bonus offer for the Business Golf Cup by JEHEC

OFFER DESCRIPTION

Alpian SA ("Alpian") offers a CHF 100 event bonus (the "Bonus") to new customers who meet the eligibility criteria and conditions set forth below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The offer is available to Swiss tax residents only.

• Applicants must be new customers and open a new bank account with Alpian.

• The offer is limited to one account per customer.

ACCOUNT FUNDING

To qualify for the Bonus, the customer must deposit a minimum of CHF 500 into their new Alpian bank account within the first month of account opening. 

DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

The customer must use their Alpian debit card for a minimum of three transactions within 6 months of account opening.

BONUS CREDIT

The Bonus will be credited to the customer's account within 45 days following the completion of the third debit card transaction.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE

If the customer closes their account within 6 months from the date of account opening, Alpian reserves the right to reclaim the Bonus amount from the account.

OFFER VALIDITY

This offer is valid until 30.06.2024.

AMENDMENT AND WITHDRAWAL

Alpian retains the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the customers.

RIGHT TO DECLINE BONUS

Alpian reserves the right to decline the Bonus if there is reasonable belief of misuse or fraudulent activity. The purpose of this Bonus is to encourage the testing and usage of Alpian's services in good faith.

COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNING LAW

• This offer and its terms are subject to Swiss banking and financial laws and regulations.

• Participation in this offer constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these T&Cs.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any disputes, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.
