Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Referral Program ("Program") organised by Alpian SA ("Alpian"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The Program is open to existing Alpian clients who are in good standing, subject to compliance with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations.
Eligibility Clarifications:
General Eligibility:
The Program is only available for clients who were referred on or after 16.08.2024.
Exceptions for Previous Referrals:
Referral Before 16.08.2024: Clients who were referred before this date are not eligible for the Program, except under specific conditions outlined below.
Investment in August 2024:
If a client was referred before 16.08.2024 but opened an account in 2024 and started investing in August 2024, they are eligible for the Program.
The referral code must have been used at the time of account opening.
Example:
A client opened an Alpian account in January 2024 using a referral code, but only started investing in August 2024. This client is eligible for the referral reward under the current Program.
Program period
The new version of the Program starts 19.08.2024 and may be terminated or modified by Alpian at its discretion in accordance with these Terms.
Referral mechanism
Participants can refer new clients to Alpian using a unique referral code. The referral reward, as detailed herein, depends on the referred individual opening an account with Alpian and fulfilling the conditions set forth in these Terms.
Rewards
The referrer can earn up to CHF 300 in cash bonuses, provided that:
The referred account is successfully activated.
The referred individual uses the referrer’s unique referral code at the time of account opening.
The additional conditions for reward eligibility, as detailed in the "Conditions for Reward" section, are met.
The cash bonus will be credited to the referrer’s Alpian account within 45 days after the referred individual completes all necessary conditions.
Conditions for reward
Participants can refer an unlimited number of new clients.
Referrers will receive CHF 100 for each referred individual who successfully opens and activates an Alpian account using the referral code and deposits a minimum of CHF 2,000 within 30 days. The deposited amount must remain in the account for at least 7 days, and the referred individual must make 3 purchases of at least 20 CHF each within 30 days.
Referrers will earn an additional CHF 200 if the referred individual starts investing with Alpian within 6 months of their account opening, with a minimum investment of CHF 10,000. The 200 CHF reward is only valid for those who started investing in August 2024.
Account closure
Alpian may request the return of the referral reward if you close your account within 6 months of account opening. This applies to both your account and the accounts of those who referred you.
Information sharing disclaimer
By participating in the Campaign, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that Alpian may share certain information related to the opening and activation of Alpian accounts with the Referrer. The information to be shared with the Referrer will only include confirmation that an account has been successfully opened and activated using the Referrer's unique referral code, and will not include any specific account details, personal financial information, or other confidential information.
Additionally, by referring a friend through the Campaign, the Referrer accepts and expressly consents that the referred person may be informed that the Client has an active Alpian account.
Participation in the referral program constitutes consent to this information sharing. Please note that all information sharing will be conducted in strict accordance with applicable Swiss and EEA laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and banking secrecy laws.
Limitation of liability
Alpian shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Campaign or acceptance, possession, or use of any reward, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Modification and termination
Alpian reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
No correspondence
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Campaign, the selection of recipients, or the awarding of rewards, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.

Final provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Campaign and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
