Terms and Conditions
Offer of a contribution of CHF 150 for a tax declaration prepared by PRO for the financial year 2024
1. Preamble
Alpian SA (Alpian) is pleased to provide an offer to prospective clients (each a Prospect), who can benefit from a contribution of CHF 150 for a tax declaration for the financial year 2024 (the Tax Declaration) prepared by PRO, Entreprise Sociale Privée d'Intégration et de Réinsertion Professionnelle (PRO), a Swiss private law foundation with seat at Route de la Galaise 21A, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, subject to the terms and conditions contained therein (the Offer).
2. Offer terms and conditions
2.1 Alpian offers a contribution of CHF 150 for a Tax Declaration prepared by PRO subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. If the fee charged by PRO exceeds CHF 150, the Prospect will have to pay directly to PRO the part that exceeds CHF 150.
2.2 The Prospect is made aware that the contribution offered by Alpian as part of the Offer covers the usual fee charged by PRO for the preparation of a basic tax declaration. For any Tax Declaration that is not a basic tax declaration, PRO may charge a fee higher than CHF 150. The Prospect may request a fee estimate from PRO.
2.3 The Offer is only available to Prospects who meet the following requirements during the period of validity of the Offer:
Prospective client
a) The Prospect was domiciled in the canton of Geneva as of 31 December 2024. .
b) The Prospect has opened a bank account with Alpian after publication of this Offer by using the code "TAXPRO" and has deposited a minimum amount of CHF 1,000.
c) The Prospect has signed the necessary consent forms for the disclosure by PRO to Alpian of a copy of the completed tax declaration for the financial year 2024, as required by Alpian and PRO.
d) The client must be able to correspond with Alpian and PRO in either French or English.
2.4 In order to benefit from the Offer, the Prospect must in addition have consented to the transmission by PRO to Alpian of a copy of the Tax Declaration.
2.5 Alpian reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, to open a banking relationship with any Prospect. Furthermore, the Prospect acknowledges that PRO may also refuse to enter into a relationship with the Prospect at its own discretion.
2.6 The Prospect acknowledges and agrees that:
a) Alpian does not render any tax advice and the Tax Declaration will be exclusively prepared by PRO within the framework of a contractual relationship to be established by the Prospect with PRO under the Prospect's own responsibility;
b) Alpian makes no representations or warranties regarding the services rendered by PRO, including, without limitation, services related to the Tax Declaration; and
c) Alpian shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the services rendered by PRO.
2.7 The Prospect warrants and confirms to Alpian that:
a) The Prospect will provide PRO with all the information and documents necessary in order for PRO to prepare a Tax Declaration which is fully compliant with the legal requirements under Swiss law; and
b) The Prospect fulfills and will continue to fulfill its tax duties as required by law, in particular as regards its contractual relationship with Alpian.
2.8 The Offer is only available to a maximum of 100 Prospects, on a first come first serve basis.
2.9 The validity of this Offer expires on 30 June 2025. Alpian reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the Offer or its validity period at its own discretion at any time, without prior notice and without assuming any liability.
2.10 The Prospect releases Alpian from its bank secrecy obligations and confidentiality obligations towards PRO and PRO's representatives to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Offer and the payment to PRO of the contribution of CHF 150 for the Tax Declaration, as determined by Alpian in its sole reasonable discretion.
2.11 The Offer and these general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss substantive law and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
